New Construction
An expert eye is required for a successful home build. Known for our tailored and sophisticated spaces, we work on your behalf to make sure the result is a collected, contemporary and timeless design. Our team oversees the entire process from start to finish in order to ensure a seamless experience. The timeline for a construction project can range anywhere from 1-3 years depending on the scope of the project.
Renovations / Remodels
Remodeling a home can be an overwhelming experience with many layers and decisions to be made. We will work with you in taking your vision and goals to the next level for a home that looks cohesive and feels unique to you. We offer expertise in finish selections, such as countertops, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, along with bespoke cabinetry and more. Our technical skills allow us to collaborate with architects and builders for your project. Renovations and remodel timelines range from 6 months to 1 year depending on the scope of the project.
Full-Service Design
We offer furnishing services for clients who have a complete space and are in need of turning it into a tailored and cohesive home where no layer has gone unthought. Our team will start with sourcing pieces to fit both your space and personality. From here we will take these selections and see through the procurement process with our vendors and workrooms, working on the backend to ensure all is properly received, delivered and installed for the “Big Reveal” of your new space. Full-service furnishing projects can take 9+ months. This depends on the scope of each project. For full-scope projects where construction is included, we will start by solidifying all construction specifications and drawings before moving into the furnishings component. We like to discuss all furnishings 9 months in advance ensuring enough time for ordering and procurement.
Styling & Decor
The final touch needed to ensure your space feels “complete”. Styling with accessories curated for you, our team will leave your space feeling layered, refined, and ready to enjoy and share.
Art Selection & Acquisition
Whether you’ve started your collection or are looking to, we work closely with galleries to find the right pieces for you. We will explore artists and medians to determine what types of pieces you are drawn to, and from here will make sure each piece in your collection has an intentional place in your home.
Starter Kits
The Maison Blanc Design Starter Packs are perfect for individuals who are looking for support selecting furnishings and accessories for a room or two but are willing to handle all ordering and installation on their own. Below we go a little more in-depth depending on the scope of the project.
Furnishings For 1 Space
With a flat fee of $2,800 per space, this starter kit is ideal for homeowners who want to manage their own project, don’t mind ordering products on their own, and are not looking for full-service interior design. This kit includes product links and specifications, 1-2 optimal ways to lay out the space and 2 furniture schemes to choose from. All communication is via email. You provide all dimensions (of space to be furnished & any existing furniture pieces you’d like to use), complete our design questionnaire, and send inspiration images or Pinterest links. Our turnaround time for this project is one week.
Styling & Accessorizing For 1 Space
With a flat fee of $1,500 per space, this starter kit is ideal for homeowners who have a furnished space, are in need of finishing touches, want to manage their own project, and don’t mind handling ordering on their own. This kit includes product links and specifications for selected options, guidance on how to lay out your accessories, and 1-2 accessories to choose from. All communication is via email as well. We love to gather photos of the space and dimensions of specific areas or furniture pieces to be styled. Our turnaround time for this project is one week.
