With experience ranging from new build construction to a simple quick makeover, our expertise lies in full-scale furnishings and renovations. We believe each project should be a unique expression of you.
We carefully curate our designs, borrowing from an array of styles and leading with a thoughtful approach where all layers are considered - whether it be the balance to be found in scale, a nod to architectural elements within the space, or how a color, pattern or texture is woven throughout. It is in these elements that our design has come to be known for its relaxed refinement and collected look.
Hand in hand with our design skills is our belief in the importance of strong project management.
We are known for our multi-level holistic design approach where each part is considered in its connection to the whole, and where the implementation of an organized process allows us to deliver a successful execution on time and on budget for our clients.
We manage the execution required on the backend in communicating and procuring with our tradespeople and vendors, the warehousing of your items, and keeping your project on track to our agreed upon budget and timeline. In short, we make things seamless for you so that you can enjoy as your project unfolds!
With a name borrowed from her great-grandfather’s famous Seattle restaurant, founder and principal, Gabriella Pellolio, launched The World of Maison Blanc Design in 2019. Her perspective is a product of years of traveling and living abroad. From a young age she was taught to appreciate art and various cultures which had a tremendous influence on her. Originally starting with studies in architecture, she found she craved working with textiles and furnishings and how these could be paired together. She longed to create what she could so vividly see when closing her eyes and from here a passion for interior design was ignited.
Gabriella currently resides in Marin County, California, with her husband where she finds much inspiration from the textures and tonalities to be found in its landscapes.
